What amazing service fully explained through out the purchase of my Tipo. The car is great to top it off and such a great service and price from Dru. Will be back for the next car and will recommend to anyone.

We took delivery of our third brand new Fiat 500 Hybrid last week and as per our previous cars, it is absolutely fantastic. My wife loves the car and all of the features and technology are second to none. What has made the whole experience even more special has been the service that we have received for Dru Simons at Arbury Fiat Dealership, Walsall. Dru was amazing and is very knowledgeable about the vehicle range and the services available. Compounded by Covid 19, this has not stopped Dru from making the whole experience seamless and very enjoyable. I cannot recommend Dru enough for his professionalism, but also his friendly and warm approach to his customers. his after sales service has been excellent too with follow up to make sure everything is ok. I would also say that Matt, his line manager was just as professional and friendly and these two gentlemen are an absolute credit to Arbury Fiat. Thank you Dru and Matt
