I purchased a Citroen Relay motorhome with 1 weeks manufacturer warranty left, and found a small oil leak - so I wanted it checked out under warranty. After contacting this branch I was advised to contact Citroen customer services, who speedily arranged for the vehicle to be checked over. A diagnosis has now been made, and the staff have all been very helpful, in all their dealings with me, and have kept me up to speed with any new information. Approval is just being sought for the repair from Citroen, so watch this space and I will update this review as the repair progresses - so far very good! This is my first Citroen, and so far, I am very impressed with their service.
UPDATE: Citroen Nuneaton sorted my van and got it back to me despite their head office dragging their feet with the repair approval! Charlotte on the service desk was in constant communication with me through the whole process, I would highly recommend this branch!
