Have just purchased a new C3 Aircross from Arbury, Nuneaton and was really impressed with the customer service at that branch. Everybody was friendly and accommodating. We were looked after by Jake and Chris, who both made the whole experience easy, no pressure and nothing was too much trouble. The whole process was stress free from start to finish. Thanks guys. I purchased a car from these guys this week. Despite the current situation we are living under, they still had an "Above and beyond" attitude to helping me out. I cannot fault the dealership in anyway whatsoever. During the process of buying and taking delivery of my car I dealt with Danny, Jake and Chris. They are all very professional yet understanding of my needs. They did not push me towards anything that was not going to be best for me. I cannot thank them enough. The motor trade at times gets a bad rap from the press. Maybe if all dealerships were run like Arbury and staffed with people like these guys then the negative press would go. I cannot express how thankful I am to the staff at Arbury Citroen Nuneaton. I have to make numerous trips to and from the Queen Elizabeth hospital Birmingham with my son, and recently my car has been cutting out on me in city traffic. Our local garage tried various fixes, but it still happened while sitting at traffic lights. Booked it in for a diagnostic check with Arbury this week and they have found the source of the problem and rectified it quickly and efficiently. Car is driving beautifully again, and hopefully it has restored my faith in it. Thankyou all again. I’m one very relieved Citroen driver and mother. Rachel Lord

I purchased a Citroen Relay motorhome with 1 weeks manufacturer warranty left, and found a small oil leak - so I wanted it checked out under warranty. After contacting this branch I was advised to contact Citroen customer services, who speedily arranged for the vehicle to be checked over. A diagnosis has now been made, and the staff have all been very helpful, in all their dealings with me, and have kept me up to speed with any new information. Approval is just being sought for the repair from Citroen, so watch this space and I will update this review as the repair progresses - so far very good! This is my first Citroen, and so far, I am very impressed with their service. UPDATE: Citroen Nuneaton sorted my van and got it back to me despite their head office dragging their feet with the repair approval! Charlotte on the service desk was in constant communication with me through the whole process, I would highly recommend this branch! Joel Foster
